A lot goes into the pricing of homes for sale. Some sellers believe it’s as easy as pulling a number from thin air. However, when we meet with a home seller we bring with us information that shows the comparable price of similar homes in the neighborhood or area. From there, experience kicks in and we determine the best selling price upon these factors.
Sellers do need to remember however that the listing price of a home is a starting point, and may (or may not) be the price that the home actually sells for. The price could go up r down, based on the popularity of the property and, of course, its appraised value.
