New plan goes into effect immediately regarding watering schedules and other water conservation methods.
As we continue into another year of what’s been called the worst drought in California’s history, state and local mandates have required water
companies to come up with even more recommendations and implementation of water conservation tactics.
The first rather noticeable change went into effect on June 11th, based on the newly enacted Ordinance 43. Santa Clarita residents are now allowed to water their lawns only twice per week, down one day from the original three day watering schedule that was in effect from April through October.
